Karen Tembo-Muyombe Appointed Managing Partner

In her new role, Mrs Tembo-Muyombe will oversee the firm's day-to-day operations and strategic direction, building on the strong foundation laid by the firm's founding partners. Her appointment follows a distinguished record of legal practice and client service, and comes as Mr Milner J. Katolo transitions to continue serving the firm as Senior Partner.

Departure of Mr Bernard Thomas Mulungushi

Milner and Paul Legal Practitioners announces that Mr Bernard Thomas Mulungushi will be departing the firm, effective June, 2026.

Mr Mulungushi has been a valued member of the firm's legal team, and the partners and staff thank him for his contribution and dedicated service over the years. He leaves with the firm's gratitude and best wishes for continued success in his future endeavours.

Clients with matters currently handled by Mr Mulungushi will be transitioned to another member of the legal team ahead of his departure, and the firm remains committed to ensuring continuity of service throughout this process.
